We provide accommodation to students, couples and families, we will suit your accommodation to your needs and location, be it temporary or long term, home purchase or a short let.
You can instruct us from overseas if necessary - we can do a great deal by email but prefer to have at least one telephone conversation prior to instruction. We can set up video conferencing if we can't meet you in person and can sometimes visit you initially, even if you are based outside the UK.
We will collect you from the airport and drop you off at your accommodation, your accommodation will be ready for your arrival complete with Bedding, linen, toiletries, tea, coffee and more….

We provide an executive airport transfer, our agent will meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation in an executive car, at aaza we want to make sure your journey with us is comfortable from the moment you arrive.
We want to make sure you are fed – our agent will take you for your first meal in London, this can be prior arranged or arranged on arrival.
You will not need to worry about exchanging money immediately as we will provide you with £100 on arrival.
We understand after a flight, it can be overwhelming to come home to make your bed, therefore we provide hotel style bedding already made for your arrival and good night’s sleep.
A starter pack of toiletries will be ready for you at your accommodation which will include all you need to have a quick shower including a Towel.
Tea and Coffee will also be available at your accommodation with milk for your first hassle free drink.
A Starter Dining set will be provided for you at your accommodation which includes a Plate, Cup, Glass, Bowl and Cutlery Set.
We understand that you may need to travel to work or University immediately after arriving therefore we want to make it easy for you and provide you with one month oyster card to ensure you can travel immediately using any Transport of London within your route.
For those Skype users, Wifi will be available at your accommodation before you arrive.
A UK Sim Card will be ready for you on arrival, just so you can call your family and loved ones as soon as you arrive.
We will provide you with a Tour of London within your first week, this can be a group open top bus tour or an individual tour of London with an experienced tour guide, depending on your preferences
At aaza we are available to be contacted for any questions and queries, however we understand sometimes you may need someone to talk to after business hours, we can provide one point of contact 24 hours a day during your first week for any issues you may have – we recognize that it can be nerving to relocate to a new city, therefore we will allocate you to an experienced agent, you will have their direct contact number who can be contacted for anything you are unsure of any time of the day or night.
We can assist you with setting up a UK Bank account, we can arrange appointments before your arrival to the UK.
We can assist you with applying for your National Insurance Number Card if required.
